Sun in Ha – 8 April 2015

After few days of cloudy weather, today it cleared up a little. Tho, a thin haze and rolling thin clouds hampered seeing a bit.

Imaging was very challenging today due to bad seeing, haze and rolling clouds. So it was very hard to recording enough usable frames, tho in the end I still managed to process two decent images out of it.

SW Esprit 120 + Quark Chromosphere + TS 0.5 reducer + QHY5L-IIc . Stacked in Autostakkert and processed in Photoshop.

First, Sunspot AR 2320 region, showing quite some Activity.

And then some nice prominences on the north western limb.
