Today the sun threw out some fantastic suprises. A giant prominence on the NW limb and a prominence lift off with dozens of magnetic loops on the other side of the limb.

Seeing conditions were about the same as yesterday ( 2 / 10 ).

SW Esprit 120 + Quark Chromosphere + TS 0.5 reducer + QHY5L-IIc . Stacked in Autostakkert and processed in Photoshop. The giant prominece stitched in Microsoft ICE.
